Sell or list a farm item in the Marketplace

In My Farm Dashboard, select a farm and choose Add Photos. Select an animal in the popup, then choose up to five existing photos from the device or use Take a photo on a smartphone. You can also checkmark one animal in the Animals card before opening Add Photos; that animal will be selected automatically.

Checkmark one animal with an Active Animal Status and choose SELL/LIST. Animals with any other status cannot be listed. The same SELL/LIST button is available in Manage Animals immediately before Print. The dashboard opens a popup, copies the saved photos, chooses the correct Classified Listing form and completes the listing fields from the farm and animal records. The popup shows the form name, animal description, farm website and address, a default quantity of one, and every checked registry with its registration number. Review the information, then choose Publish when the listing is ready.

The popup displays the dashboard membership plan, remaining ad allowance, selected Classified Listing form and listing status. A published or expired listing includes Renew to begin another configured posting period. The Farm Profile card displays the membership renewal date, current or expired status, and ad allowance. Add or change the farm website with Add/Edit Farm; the website is copied into new sale listings.

Farm Calendaring also includes Sell/List Item. Choose the farm source record and date, then save to open the same completed popup. Irish Dexter cattle use Irish Dexter; other cattle use Cattle Animals for Sale; other animals use Animals For Sale; and the applicable equipment, clothing, product, real estate, supply, or semen form is chosen automatically.

Published listings appear on the calendar from their start through expiration. Select a listing and choose Edit / renew listing to open it inside My Farm Dashboard. Preparing a listing creates a private temporary draft; it does not publish an advertisement until the user chooses Publish. Temporary drafts that are not submitted are removed after 30 days.

If Add Photos or SELL/LIST is missing, an administrator should enable Add Photos to Animal Records or One-Click Sell/List Items for that membership level.
