Reuse a species-and-breed rule

When recording mating, exposure or incubation, users with Customize Species and Breed Calendar Rules can enter expected, earliest and latest days plus the source of the rule. Select Also reuse this rule to save it for that species and breed on this farm. An explicit entry rule takes precedence over the reusable rule. Default buffers are scheduling aids, not clinical limits.

Rules are farm-specific and changes require the appropriate membership feature. Unknown species remain available for manual records and sourced custom rules. There is no invented default for an unrecognized species.
