Cows= 0.99 cents P/lb. on the rail. $60.00 kill fee and $40.00 disposal fee. All cuts will be vacuum sealed and ground meat will be packaged in either 1 or 2lb poly bags or vacuum sealed ground is available. Hogs= 0.99 cents P/Ib. on the rail. $50.00 kill fee and $50.00 disposal fee All cuts will be vacuum sealed, and ground will be in llb. poly bags. We offer several specialty bratwurst sausages flavors and can also cure you bacon and hams for additional fees. Lambs, Goats and sheep = $125.00 flat fee.
